The Summit was held March 15-18 in Shanghai, China and was attended by thousands of Chinese investors and business executives who were eager to learn more about investment and business opportunities within the U.S.
In his presentation, Fieldstone discussed recent securities law enforcement updates, structuring issues for EB-5 investments, how to conduct due diligence and investment criteria needed to complete a deal.
