A man extradited from South Dakota has been charged with pushing a woman out a third-story window on the South Side in the summer of 2011, police said.
Daniel E. Neasom, 29, is charged with murder in the death of Cynthia M. Barnes, 39. He was arrested on a warrant for first-degree murder and arrived in Chicago Wednesday after being extradited from Aberdeen, S.D., police said. The warrant was issued on Jan. 23, records show.
Barnes was pushed from the window floor window in the 5800 block of South Kedzie Avenue in the Gage Park neighborhood early on the morning of July 24, 2011, police said. Police found her lying on a sidewalk.
