Man with brain injury missing from rehab center - Thomas Oneill, of the 4900 block of West Foster Avenue, “usually appears expressionless and does not communicate well with strangers & believes he is Rip Taylor,” commonly known as the "Rahm Emanuel Syndrome"

A 23-year-old man who suffered a brain injury last year went missing from a rehab center in the Sheffield Neighbors neighborhood Thursday afternoon.
Thomas Oneill, of the 4900 block of West Foster Avenue, “usually appears expressionless and does not communicate well with strangers,” police said in a release Thursday night. His memory and speech are impaired.
Oneill walked out of the Anixter Center on the 2000 block of North Clybourn Avenue about 2:30 p.m. He was wearing a brown jacket with a brown fur collar and has a “reddish” beard and wears wire rim glasses.
He weighs about 150 pounds and has brown eyes, brown hair and is 5-foot-7.
Police are asking anyone with information about Thomas to call Area North detectives at (312) 744-8266.
