A woman whose family said has a history of violent seizures was ordered held without bail Friday in the fatal shooting of Chicago Police Officer Richard Francis.
Robin Johnson, 45, was charged with one count of first-degree murder of a police officer, four counts of attempted murder of a police officer and one count of disarming an officer, said Cook County Assistant State's Atty. Jason Kopec at Johnson's bail hearing.
