Zachary C. Rayno gets a pepper spray facial by Chicago police on the city's Gold Coast

Officers used pepper spray to subdue a drunken man who had been fighting outside a Gold Coast hotel this morning, police said.

The officers were called to the hotel in the 200 block of East Walton Street around midnight and learned that Zachary C. Rayno, 19, had punched another man in the face, police said.

The victim declined medical attention and left the scene. But Rayno, who was intoxicated, yelled obscenities and threw a beer bottle and other objects at a 53-year-old security guard, police said.
