Boston... I think there is more to this story

7 people were caught at the water reservoir for Boston last night after midnight…all chemical engineers and students from Pakistan, Saudia Arabia and Singapore. They questioned them and LET THEM GO! 

They have been told they will be summoned to court for trespassing. They are going to step up patrols.
