"Quick Dick" Richard W. Schroeder, 51, flies his pick-up truck off the road, flips it and then he is ejected from the truck before the truck lands on top of him - Quick Dick is now in the big pick-up truck in the sky

A New Lenox man died early Saturday after he was pinned under his pickup truck in a one-vehicle accident, authorities said.

Richard W. Schroeder, 51, was declared dead at 3:06 a.m. at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox following the crash near Delaney and Schoolhouse roads near New Lenox, according to the Will County coroner's office.

The truck overturned, according to the coroner's office. Schroeder was ejected and pinned under his truck, Will County Sheriff's spokesman Ken Kaupas said.

Schroeder died as a result of multiple injuries from the crash, the coroner's office determined in preliminary findings following an examination.
