本市各因私出入境中介机构：

近期，美国“EB-5” 投资移民项目持续升温。由于该项目申请时间短，申请条件较宽松，目前在我国已经吸引了大批的申请人，现已居赴美移民首位，其给我中介机构和申请人带来的风险也将越来越大。由于投资移民项目本身所具备的投资风险，以及移民申请的不确定性，一旦申请人申请移民失败，中介机构将可能承担较大的赔偿风险及连带责任。

针对上述情况，为控制风险，确保本市因私出入境中介市场的健康发展。我局要求各中介机构予以重视，将办理美国“EB-5”投资移民项目的情况（包括“EB-5”投资移民项目的介绍，开展业务的时间，申请人数及办理进程等情况）以书面形式报我局一处（电话：28951214、28951216），并严格按照《因私出入境中介活动管理办法》的规定开展因私出入境中介活动，各机构在从事美国“EB-5”投资移民项目的中介活动过程中必须对申请人进行风险提示，认真履行合同，严禁虚假宣传。
