Report from China: City of Dallas Regional Center Presents Zang Triangle Apartments EB-5 Project to Chinese Investors

The City of Dallas Regional Center is promoting Zang Triangle Apartments EB-5 project through a licensed Chinese migration agency in Beijing. Zang Triangle Apartments requires total $31.53 million USD ($8 million USD from 16 EB-5 investors).  When completed in early 2012, the complex will provide 260 homes across from the Lake Cliff Tower condos. Twenty percent of the units will be reserved for tenants who annually earn no more than 80 percent of the area’s median income, currently $38,300 for one person or $54,640 for a family of four. New York EB-5 Conference Welcomes VIP Speaker from NES Financial

Report from China: Sichuan Provincial Department of Public Security Hosts Annual Exit-Entry Service Conference

The Exit-Entry Administration of Sichuan Provincial Department of Public Secuirty hosted annual exit-entry service conference in the city of Chengdu. Officials from Chengdu Municipal Exit-Entry Administration, board directors from  Sichuan Provincial Exit-Entry Service Association and representatives from 32 immigration service companies participated in the conference. During the meeting, exit-entry regulations, annual compliance reviews, exit-entry market trends, and industry standards were discussed. The new board of directors was elected. The conference was held at the Department's conference hall on December 28, 2010. Chengdu is the capital city of Sichuan Province, the province is the largest EB-5 market in southwestern China.
