A man who died after the car he was inside crashed into a police vehicle in the West Side's Austin neighborhood Friday night has been identified.
Anthony Camarillo, 18, was dead on the scene, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
An autopsy Saturday determined Camarillo died of multiple injuries from the automobile collision and his death was ruled an accident, according to the medical examiner's office.
A home address for Camarillo could not be verified immediately.
The two officers in the SUV were taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County and the two that survived from the other car were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.
The accident happened at Harrison Street and Laramie Avenue.
The officers are in stable condition, police said. The other two are in serious-to-critical condition.
