Report from China: Former New York Governor David Patterson Leads Times Square Hotel EB-5 Project to China

Former New York Governor David Patterson, a partner with New York Immigration Fund Regional Center, is leading a group of regional center executives and attorney (Buhm June Roe, Robert Pagen, and immigration attorney Mehreen Shah) to promote its 38-floor Times Square Hotel project in Beijing. Based on the information from the center website, this 38-story luxury hotel with 200,000 square feet will have every modern amenity, including 4-star restaurants, personal trainers, a rooftop terrace lounge and much more. To be built on New York’s famous 42nd Street, and located just blocks from most train, bus and subway lines.
