Northern California Regional Center Receives EB-5 Designation from USCIS

On April 22, 2010, The Northern California Regional Center is approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and designated regional center status.  The EB-5 regional center program was passed by the United States congress though the Immigration and Nationality Act passed in 1990, and is currently being administered though the United States Department of Homeland Security, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.  For more information about NCRC, you can contact Stephen Weststeyn, Managing Principal, at www.eb5northerncalifornia.com.
