Chinese Policy Changes Bring Uncertain Impact to EB-5 Regional Centers Efforts in China

The recent policy changes imposed by Chinese authority have caused a great concern to both US EB-5 Regional Centers and Chinese migration industry. The new requirements for Chinese migration brokers to register before conducting open seminars and authentication of EB-5 Regional Center documentation definitely have a long term impact to EB-5 business in China. The Chinese migration industry's Beijing Immigration Summit on August 7, 2010, will be the first trade association conference after the new changes. Artisan Business Group, Inc., and EB-5 China Business Council are closely watching the mandates and business trends in China market.
