EB-5 China Market Council Issues EB-5 China Market Warning
Tuesday, 14 September 2010
EB-5 China Market Council issues its first warning to EB-5 Regional Centers. In recent months, many EB-5 regional centers have received various solicitations from individuals and commercial entities about their EB-5 promotional event offerings. Please be cautious and alert as the international migration service industry is highly restricted and regulated by the Ministry of Public Security, Exit and Entry Administration, PR China. The Private Exit and Entry and Migration Service Regulations are enforced by Exit and Entry Administration at local and provincial level. Working with unregistered and unbonded agents to openly conduct unregistered events and recruit investors in China is against Chinese law, it will put your Regional Center and projects at risk in China. EB-5 China Market Council works closely with major Chinese Exit and Entry Service Associations to maintain an orderly and healthy market for EB-5 projects and other migration programs in China. For more information and receiving a free copy of Chinese regulation, please contact Council President Mr. Brian Su today.
