We wish everyone happy new year!  January is a busy month for many EB-5 regional centers that are looking to recruit Chinese investors.  A dozen EB-5 executives and developers are on the way to Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chongqing, and other major Chinese markets. What are we going to expect in the Chinese marketplace this exciting 2011?  More promises? More "Insured" projects? "More third-party "Guarantee"? "Full $500K refundable upon I-829 denial" ?With almost 200 Regional Center applications pending approval with USCIS, we are going to see a lot projects floating around in the market this year.
