2013 National EB-5 Finance Seminar Tour with Greenberg Traurig kicks off in Dallas

The 2013 National EB-5 Finance Seminar Tour with Greenberg Traurig kicks off in the city of Dallas, Texas. Expert presentations were given by Greenberg Traurig attorneys Kate Kalmykov, Laura Reiff, Steve Anapoell, Phil Cohen of The EB-5 Resource Center, Brian Su of Artisan Business Group. Michael Gibson of USAdvisors.org also introduced a new online platform for the EB-5 program. Regional Center executives and developers from California, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, New York, Illinois, Washington DC, and Nebraska attended the workshop. They were able to enjoy a day of roundtable meeting which included in-depth discussion about the latest EB-5 developments and news. Some of the topics discussed in detailed were current RFE trends, Regional Center business plans and structuring an SEC compliant EB-5 offering. Mr. Su spoke about the current Chinese market conditions and fund transfer from China, and shared many of his personal experiences with the audience. We are seeing more projects being developed in Texas and hope to continue to see this trend in the future. We will be hosting our next EB-5 Finance Seminar in Phoenix on March 5th, each of the seminars will present different expert speakers and topics.
