California Relaxes TEA Designations

(Source: Wright Johnson) California will allow census tract combinations up to 12 census tracts in 2013. Additional information of interest was the fact that the city of Los Angeles and the Counties of Riverside and San Bernardino no longer automatically qualify, however census tract based designations will apply.  For more information visit http://business.ca.gov/Programs/EB5Program.aspx
