Long Beach California based United States Employment Development Lending Center announced its EB-5 loan program at a press conference and promotional event at 2:00-5:00 pm at Beijing International Hotel June 8, 2010. Based on its website, the Center is an EB-5 Regional Center designated by USCIS on April 12, 2010. As California's statewide Regional Center specialized in small business lending, USEDLC is the only EB-5 Regional Center directly supported by "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009" (Recovery Act) and a federal budget of $3 Billion in small business loan guarantee program.
