After 3 months and numerous investment seminars in China, the Seattle Stadium Place project is being well received by Chinese EB-5 investors. The project is currently being marketed in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Wenzhou and Harbin.
Stadium Place EB-5 journey has not been all that smooth. It took Kevin Daniels, the president of Daniels Real Estate LLC and developer of the project, nearly a year to build an EB-5 dream team that has brought the project its current result. “The project has a one of a kind location in Seattle and my local partners have extensive family ties to the city and a strong financial background”, Kevin said, “however, in order to successfully raise EB-5 fund in China, you need to have a team that is experienced in the EB-5 industry, understands the Chinese business culture, and you must work with a reputable and experienced migration agency.”
Since September, 2012, Artisan Business Group has been working closely with Stadium Place EB-5 team and helped Kevin hand pick his industry experts. “My goal is to bring more high quality projects to the Chinese EB-5 market,” Brian Su said “It has been a pleasure to work with Stadium Place project team. I expect this project to continue its successful launch. I am very proud of Kevin's team for their achievement in the Chinese investor market!” For more details, please log on website http://www.stadiumplace.com.
