Dallas Regional Center EB-5 Project Attracts Foreign Investors

The City of Dallas Regional Center has fully subscribed its second project, opening the door to a $30 million multifamily development in North Oak Cliff. The center is funded by contributions from foreign investors participating in the EB-5 regional center pilot program. To date, the program has attracted $23 million of investment capital to the city. The newest contributions are partially funding Zang Triangle, four-story building with 260 apartments being developed by Lang Partners LLC.
