(Source: IIUSA) In response to a Freedom of Information Act request, USCIS released 486 pages of materials used to train USCIS officers in the adjudication of EB-5 immigrant investor cases. The materials include 446 pages released in their entirety, and 40 pages released in part. USCIS withheld 35 pages in full. Special thanks to H.
