Two more investors have demanded refunds from the former Victorville Regional Center, with the city prepared to give back one million dollars in loans as it waits to hear whether the USCIS will reinstate its terminated EB-5 regional center designation. Total 19 investors gave Victorville $500K each in last two years under the EB-5 regional center program. The center's designation has been revoked by the USCIS.
