Hundreds of BLACK Teens BEAT WHITE Pedestrians in Chicago's Mag Mile Mayhem - A early start to what will be happening all summer in Chicago - Mayor Emanuel has lost the Downtown area to BLACK VIOLENCE ON WHITES
WARNING TO WHITE TOURISTS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA.... STAY CLEAR OF BLACK YOUTHS! YOU ARE BEING TARGETED BY BLACK THUGS!
Several black teens were arrested Saturday night after dozens of mob groups began attacking white tourists and white citizens in Chicago's Magnificent Mile.
Police responded to reports of disturbances near Michigan and Chicago Avenues.
Police said several teens were arrested during the incident but an official number has not yet been released.
“You have over three to four hundred teenagers with mob action, jumping on individuals that are downtown,” said community activist Andrew Holmes. “Multiple people have been arrested and I caution those parents that get this call about your child being arrested--maybe you need to check your child.”
Officers began breaking up the attacks by ushering teens to the Red Line. Chaos continued underground but many attackers reportedly left the area.
“I just saw a cluster run down to the Red Line,” said Red Line passenger Amanda Dobson. “I just let the police do their job.”
Police continued to patrol the area on bikes, horses and on foot as smaller groups wandered around the Loop.
Details on the charges were not immediately available.

Drunken Illegal Mexican Jean Soriano kills family of 5 in DUI Crash
Five members of a Southern California family were killed insouthern Nevada when their van was rear-ended by an 18-year-old driver who was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, authorities said.
The dead were among seven family members who were in the van, authorities said. The other two — the 40-year-old female driver and a 15-year-old boy — were hospitalized in critical condition.
Jean Soriano of California was booked into the Clark County Detention Center after he was treated and released at University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Loy Hixson said.
The crash happened at about 3 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 15 near the Utah line. Soriano's sport utility vehicle struck the van from behind, causing both vehicles to spin out of control and roll near Mesquite, some 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, investigators said.
A 23-year-old passenger in Soriano's SUV was treated at the hospital and released.
Authorities believe Soriano was returning from a visit with family in Utah to his home in California at the time of the wreck, Hixson said. They didn't immediately release his hometown or the names or hometowns of the victims.
Beer bottles were found in the SUV, Hixson said, and troopers performed a blood-alcohol test on Soriano at the hospital. The results won't be known for a couple of weeks, he said.
Hixson said only two of the seven people in the van were wearing seatbelts. The five who were not buckled in were ejected, but one survived.
"Unfortunately, so many in the van weren't wearing seatbelts, and some might have survived had they been wearing them," Hixson said. "We see it so many times where people can survive simply by having a seatbelt on."
The van was carrying a couple, their children and some aunts and uncles, he said. Killed were three men in their 40s, a teenage female and an adult female.
CHICAGO DOWNTOWN WILDING ATTACKS - BLACK ON WHITE VIOLENCE - 28 arrested after Mag Mile disturbance, 'L' train attack
Nearly 30 colored people were arrested downtown on Saturday night for disturbances that ranged from bumping into passersby on sidewalks to attacking passengers aboard a CTA train, authorities said, citing preliminary information.
Seventeen of the people in custody -- all but two younger than 18 -- were charged with misdemeanor reckless conduct, said Chicago Police Department News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro.
Those arrests happened on the Magnificent Mile near North Michigan Avenue and East Erie Street between 7 p.m. and about 7:40 p.m., authorities said. The suspects were alleged to have bumped into other people on the sidewalks, blocked sidewalks and traffic on the street and started fights.
CHICAGO: 8 shot, 1 fatally, in under an hour
Shootings within an hour of each other left a 19-year-old man dead and seven men injured early this morning, authorities said.
About 1:50 a.m., the 19-year-old and a 23-year-old man were shot while walking in the 1300 block of West Hastings Street on the West Side, Chicago Police Department News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said.
The younger man, later identified as Akeem Manago, was struck multiple times and died shortly after the shooting at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, authorities said.

Much More than a Green Card for Sale, the EB-5 Program is Good for America!
(Author:K. Lara Baharlo, Esq., Of Counsel, Wolfsdorf Immigration Law Group) In 1990 Congress created the employment-based fifth preference visa category (EB-5) category for foreigners seeking to invest in a business that will benefit the US economy and create or preserve at least 10 full-time jobs for qualified US workers. The amount required to invest is $1 million or $500,000 if the investment is made in a high unemployment or rural area.
Some portray the typical EB-5 investor as an ultra-rich Chinese businessman in the market for a prestigious US green card. One restrictionist group describes EB-5 as a “tacky, troubled programthat doesn’t do much for economic development” Others say the EB-5 program “let[s] the guys in withthe money and leave[s] the best and brightest waiting in line.” Meanwhile, participants in the program have their own criticisms, alleging that US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is hostile toward EB-5 because it is viewed as a “green card for sale” program that denigrates the US immigration system, and is essentially bad for America.
A fundamental tenet of the EB-5 program is job creation, which is often minimized by program critics. There are economic citizenship programs available in some countries through which an individual can buy a passport for a price. However, the EB-5 program requires much more in that the investment required to put one on the path to permanent residency must, amongst other things, create jobs and be at risk. As such, the “green card for sale” concept is flawed and oversimplifies the EB-5 process.
In the past 8 years, since the program has surged in popularity, it is estimated over 100,00 jobs and nearly $5 billion in capital has been infused into job creating enterprises. When viewed against an increasingly common backdrop of outsourcing and offshore back-office operations, should we not welcome a program that creates US jobs and infuses a lagging economy with much needed capital? Already, the US must compete with investor programs that are more attractive due to better administration and less stringent requirements. Although some of these programs are more expensive, they can offer passive investment opportunities and shorter processing times with a higher degree of certainty that the investor will achieve his or her goal of residency. Yes, the EB-5 program has endured fraud and abuse, but scams and deception are not unique to EB-5.
Yes, some Regional Centers have failed to deliver on their promises, and investors and projects have suffered. However, the need for weeding out bad actors must be balanced by the need to provide a predictable and stable program for those with legitimate interests so that the United States can continue reaping the significant benefits of attracting foreign investors, particularly during this time of economic struggle and uncertainty.
America is no longer the overwhelmingly dominant global superpower, and cultural arrogance is not a platform from which to operate a congressionally mandated program. However, the United States is still considered the “land of opportunity” throughout the world and can provide excellent educational and quality of life options for high net worth individuals and their families. Although painful to admit, the US cannot afford to deter the billions in capital and hundreds of thousands of jobs that result from EB-5 investment.
Now is the time for the United States to encourage entrepreneurs, capital inflow and job creation. The EB-5 program is smart business, and the United States should be a world leader in attracting immigrant entrepreneurs who are ready and willing to take on the challenge of making it as investors and job creators in America.

FAQs about Artisan Business Group's EB-5 business advisory services
Saturday, 23 March 2013
We constantly receive inquiries from EB-5 project developers and regional centers concerning our EB-5 advisory services and China market entry services. We have compiled answers to some frequently asked questions. Hope they are helpful to your efforts.
How can you assist me in creating my regional center?
Artisan Business Group has helped many developers, officials, and executives in the process of creation of their regional centers. It is very important on who you select to be part of your team. Artisan Business Group can introduce EB-5 experienced professionals (attorneys, business plan writers, economists, etc.) based upon your budget, time constraints, and personal needs. It is important to work with an experienced team to minimize the number of RFEs (Request For Evidence) from the USCIS. Artisan Business Group can set you up with the right team to reduce your time and efforts in applying for a regional center designation.

Do you only consult regional center projects?
No, Artisan Business Group also advises many direct EB-5 projects. Direct EB-5 projects that we consult with are usually looking for $2-3 million per project. Some investors prefer investing in direct EB-5 projects because they do not have to worry about the creation of indirect and induced jobs. We often assist non-EB-5 related investment projects in searching for Chinese investors and partners.

How do we begin talking with you about our EB-5 project?
After you have introduced yourself to our company, you can begin by sending us a project summary. A project summary allows us to become familiar with your project. Other documents needed are executive summaries and business plans. Once we have become familiar with your project and needs, we can create a customized proposal for our advisory services.

Will you introduce my project to emigration brokers?
Artisan Business Group gets calls every day from people who want us to introduce their project to overseas licensed brokers. We must advise all of our clients for at least one or two month before we introduce it to a licensed emigration broker. This allows us to conduct due diligence on your project, review and analyze project viability and help narrow the client’s offering to the current market conditions. We have a strong reputation in both U.S. and China because we only introduce quality projects to Chinese immigration brokers. After we have advised your project, we may introduce it to brokers if it is a quality project.

How do you determine which brokers you will introduce to my project?
Artisan Business Group is very familiar with current projects in the market place and which brokers are promoting these projects. This allows us to have the knowledge about which brokers have a heavy work load and which brokers are actively looking for new projects. Another factor we look at is the amount of capital your project is looking for. If it is a large project, we will introduce it to the large brokers. We know the capabilities of each licensed brokers so the amount of EB-5 capital is an important factor in which brokers we introduce to your project.

Once you introduce me to different emigration brokers, what other services do you provide?
After we have advised your project and introduced it to emigration brokers, we then begin facilitating the relationship between you and the broker. Our director in China works very closely with the brokers of our clients to ensure that they are actively promoting your project. This reduces your effort in managing the relationship with the brokers and also cuts down in the amount of time it takes to sign on investors. How to accelerate EB-5 funding process?
Friday, 22 March 2013
Due to the increased interest in EB-5, and for your convenience, Artisan Business Group, Inc. (ABG) has compiled answers to some frequently asked questions regarding our EB-5 advisory services and China market entry services.
How can you assist me in creating my regional center?
Team selection is vital. Artisan Business Group (ABG) will introduce experienced EB-5 professionals, e.g. attorneys, business plan writers, economists, etc., based upon your budget, time constraints, and personal needs. Working with a qualified and experienced team will minimize the number of Request for Evidence (RFE) forms from the USCIS, which can significantly delay the process. Artisan Business Group will create an efficient team that will reduce your time and efforts in applying for a regional center designation.
Do you only consult regional center projects?
No, Artisan Business Group also advises many direct EB-5 projects. The average Direct EB-5 projects that Artisan Business Group assists with require $2-3 million per project. Some investors prefer direct EB-5 projects because they do not have to worry about the creation of indirect and induced jobs. In addition to EB-5 projects, ABG will assist non-EB-5 related investment projects in searching for Chinese investors and partners.
How do we begin talking with you about our EB-5 project?
After you have introduced yourself to our company, you may begin by sending us a project summary. A project summary allows us to become familiar with your project. ABG will also require additional documents, such as, executive summaries and business plans. Once familiar with your project and needs, ABG will create a customized proposal for our advisory services.
Will you introduce my project to emigration brokers?
Due to the reputation of ABG, brokers are very interested in learning about the possibilities of promoting it when contacted Artisan Business Group receives calls daily requesting the introduction of their project to overseas licensed brokers. ABG must advise each client for at least 1-2 months before an introduction with a licensed emigration broker takes place. The time prior allows project viability and marketability analysis, and helps narrow the client’s offering to the current market conditions. ABG has a strong reputation in both U.S. and also China, which has been built by introducing only quality projects to brokers. After advising your project, and if it is a quality project, ABG will introduce it to brokers.
How do you determine which brokers you will introduce to my project?
ABG is aware of the capabilities of each licensed broker. Artisan Business Group is very familiar with current projects in the market place and which brokers are promoting these projects. ABG understands the sense of urgency in each project, and knows which brokers have a heavy work load and which brokers are actively looking for new projects. ABG considers the capital that your project requires. Your project size will be matched with broker size, i.e. large projects with large brokers. ABG is aware of the capabilities of each licensed broker, so the amount of EB-5 capital is an important factor in determining which brokers we introduce to your project.
