Dr. Susan J. Koch, Vice President of the University of Illinois and Chancellor of UIS (Springfield), delivered VIP speech at the Invest in America Summit in Shanghai. Chancellor Koch spoke to the audience about global education opportunities and how China and the United States can work together to educate the future leaders of the world. She also focused her speech describing the University of Illinois system and specifically, her campus in Springfield, IL. The attendees were quite interested in her speech and one mother told the audience that she would like her student to transfer to the University of Illinois from another American university. Dr. Ron McNeil, Dean of College of Business & Management at UIS also delivered a speech on future global education systems. Mr. Brian Su and Mr. Tyler McKay of Artisan Business Group are both alumnus of the University of Illinois.
