Report from China: City of Dallas Regional Center Presents Zang Triangle Apartments EB-5 Project to Chinese Investors

The City of Dallas Regional Center is promoting Zang Triangle Apartments EB-5 project through a licensed Chinese migration agency in Beijing. Zang Triangle Apartments requires total $31.53 million USD ($8 million USD from 16 EB-5 investors). When completed in early 2012, the complex will provide 260 homes across from the Lake Cliff Tower condos. Twenty percent of the units will be reserved for tenants who annually earn no more than 80 percent of the area’s median income, currently $38,300 for one person or $54,640 for a family of four.
