Federal New York Metropolitan Regional Center is to introduce its first EB-5 project to Chinese market this month. According to its Chinese migration agent, the project is a Westin Element hotel, medical office, apartment complex project in Flushing New York City; the project claims 1,159 jobs and construction set in April 2011.
