Monday 29 July 2013

Thousands of EB-5 investor visas have been issued to foreign nationals from China, Korea, India, Iran, Mexico, Russia, Venezuela, Vietnam, and countries in the Middle East and Africa. There is increasing concerns on terrorism, foreign espionage,  money laundry, drug trafficking, and other criminal activities that may threat the best interest and security of American people.   According to a recent news report by AP,  FBI has been concerned about the investor visa program and projects funded by foreign sources since at least March.  The agency wanted details of all of the LLC's that had been created using foreign funding.  It is very important that EB-5 immigrant investor program maintains its integrity and keeps America from any potential harm.
