Mr. David Enterline has over fifteen years legal consulting, business development, executive management and administration experience in greater China. He is a licensed U.S. lawyer with U.S. diplomas in International Relations (B.A), Law (J.D.) and International Business Law (LL.M.). While David’s professional career has been predominately working as an international lawyer in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China, David has held several other positions, including serving as the Representative for the Oklahoma International Marketing Office in Taiwan representing the State of Oklahoma Department of Commerce concurrent with his legal practice in Taiwan, and as a Hong Kong Director of a multinational company with offices in Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. David practice focuses on inbound and outbound regional investment matters (corporate registrations, regional business development, employment and investment immigration), international commercial and business matters (miscellaneous commercial agreements), and international dispute resolution issues and U.S. immigration matters, focusing on investment and EB-5 immigrant investors.
