• 25th District car is assisting fugitives, 1400 N Central. a whole 2 blocks out of 15. Bad guy gets goofy, copper calling for help and calling for a taser. You can hear the struggle on the radio. A 15th District car is right on the border and says they have a taser and are going.

  1500 gets on on the radio and says that 15th district cars have to stay in 15.
