Help nab the dog nabbers... This very unusual looking vehicle was involved in Lyons IL (Just along the west border of Chicago)

Please share!! This is the vehicle that was caught on camera. The Male lured the dogs into a gray pick up truck at Walgreens in Lyons on 1st Ave and Ogden on Sat 7/6. Please keep an eye out to bring these doggies home!!! They have a liter of puppies at home that need their mom. Any information is appreciated. There is a $1500 reward!!!
