I anticipate that by day's end, the following "FIREARM CONCEALED CARRY BILL"(HB183) will be Illinois law after override of Gov. Quinn's proposed "amendments". 168 pages. The LINK follows:
QUESTION: Assuming that a retired CPD officer is qualified for concealed carry under federalHR218 and that he remains within the borders of the State of Illinois. Is the retired officer wasting $75/$100 for annual qualification under HR218? Conversely, how will HB183 affect a retiredofficer already qualified under HR218?
