Injured almost 10 days ago, he passed earlier this week:
- P.O. Brian McDevitt from 008 passed early this morning. Brian was taken off of life support following severe injuries that he sustained after he was struck by an SUV while riding his mountain bike. Brian was married with young children. Please keep him in your PRAYERS.
Brian worked in 008 for the past 5 or 6 years. Before that he was in tru and 007 I believe. He was only in his early 30s with a wife and two very young children. He will be missed. Yes, he was a great policeman but more importantly he was a great person, husband and father.. Which is what really matters, not this job. God bless Brian. I'm sure we will be in the works to get a benefit or two going for his family.
