A Far South Side man is accused of assaulting a woman as she drove a CTA bus in the Garfield Ridge neighborhood on the Southwest Side, police said.
Gabriel Hayes, 33, of the 300 block of East 120th Place, has been charged with aggravated battery of a transit employee and criminal sexual abuse, according to police. He is expected to appear in court later today.
