The 52-year-old man claimed he was dumped there by a girlfriend named Angel after she hit him over the head with a tire iron and took him to the park in a 1972 Chevy Monte Carlo

Once fished out, he had to be hosed off by the fire department

This is not the first time he's been arrested

An Oklahoma man was arrested after being found in a septic tank in a park outhouse.

Kenneth Enslow, 52, was discovered by a 7-year-old girl and her mother at about 5pm Sunday when the two went to use the bathroom at a park near Tulsa, OK, heard coughing and saw him looking up at them, according to officials.

The two fled the bathroom and called the authorities, who ended up having to fish the peeping Tom out.
