The family of a 10-year-old boy who was killed after being struck by a speedboat while tubing on Petite Lake has sued the Fox Waterway Agency and Spring Lake Marina for negligence and emotional distress, saying they should have warned the family of the dangers of alcohol-fueled boaters.
