The family of the killed 10 year old child - Tony Borcia - is stretching it with this lawsuit: Fox Waterway Agency and Spring Lake Marina should have warned them that there are drunk boaters on the waters.... REALLY? Only a retarded fool doesn't know where there are boaters, there is DRINKING!

It sounds like the drunk who killed their kid has NO MONEY so they are looking for deep pockets to sue...

The family of a 10-year-old boy who was killed after being struck by a speedboat while tubing on Petite Lake has sued the Fox Waterway Agency and Spring Lake Marina for negligence and emotional distress, saying they should have warned the family of the dangers of alcohol-fueled boaters.
