A firefighter injured his back when a chimney collapsed on him during a house fire in the West Englewood neighborhood early this morning, authorities said.
The collapse occurred about 2:15 a.m. as firefighters battled flames on the second story of a home in the 6800 block of South Winchester Avenue.
