A boy in Ohio took a trip to the emergency room after inhaling a dart from a homemade blowgun - dangerous weapons that have become a new trend amongst teen boys, according to a recent report.
The boy reportedly was holding the makeshift blowgun in his mouth when he inhaled deeply and sucked in the dart. The dart then became lodged in his throat before he was taken to the emergency room, where doctors snapped the incredible x-ray image.
Purchased on the Internet, blowguns are long, narrow tubes that allow for a dart to be propelled out at great speed by the force of an exhaled breath - buying them is fast becoming an online craze.
