A gargoyle looking Abrom Washington, 43, attempted to slip his unwashed stanky manhood to a 12 year old

A South Side man has been charged with pulling down the shorts of a 12-year old girl and fondling her while she was sleeping.
Abrom Washington, 43, of the 1400 block of W. 71st Place, was charged with criminal sexual assault.  
The girl had gone to sleep in the basement on a home in the 1500 block of West 71st Street and woke up to find Washington rubbing her thigh with his hand.
The girl got upset and went upstairs, where she laid down on a pallet on the floor in the living room and woke up again to find Washington touching her, this time with her shorts unbuttoned.
As Washington was touching her, a 13-year old walked in and saw him roll off of the pallet away from the girl.
He then ran out of the house, but witnesses alerted other people who detained him until the police arrived.
Pillsbury said Washington was previously convicted of an assault charge which was sexual in nature.
