24 year old Darrell E. Chambers living the highlife on welfare charged with shooting a 5 year old on the 4th of July in Chicago

Authorities charged a 24-year-old man with shooting a 5-year-old boy and two others in the West Pullman neighborhood as dozens of other children played in a park into the night on Independence Day.
Darrell E. Chambers, of the 11700 block of South Peoria Street, was charged with three counts of aggravated battery with a firearm and three counts of attempted first-degree murder.
Police said Chambers was "positively identified as the individual who shot a 5-year-old male."
