At the May 8, 2013 Cook County Board meeting, the board voted to force all apartment owners in Cook to rent to section 8 pigs. They will no longer have the option to decline. All Chicago Dems and 2 black Dems in the suburbs were able to pass this mess. All the rest of the suburban commissioners voted "NO."
