DAYTIME CHICAGO BLACK VIOLENCE TODAY: AT LEAST 5 shot & wounded in South Side shootings

At least five people were wounded in separate attacks this afternoon and evening on the city's South and Far South side, officials said.
In the latest attack happened about 7:25 p.m. on the 12300 block of South Emerald Avenue in the city's West Pullman neighborhood, said Police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer.
Three people were reported wounded, but their ages, genders and where they were taken for treatment was not available. One was shot in the leg, another in the buttocks and the third in the abdomen, Greer said.
