Sergeants Contract Arbitration Award

Arbitrator Steven Bierig issued the Sergeants Interest Arbitration Award earlier today. This contract will be in effect until June 30, 2016. The award references five issues 1) Wages 2) Retiree Healthcare 3) Duty Availability Pay 4) Tuition Reimbursement 5) Quarterly Differential Pay. The next FOP contract negotiations session is scheduled for 10 am on Friday, September 20, 2013.
