As Section 8 Housing Spreads - Karlos Leath, 31, charged with DRIVING WHILE BLACK & DRUNK in fatal Wheaton, IL Crash

A driver has been charged with DUI after he lost control of his SUV and rolled over in DuPage County, killing an 18-year-old woman riding with him, police said.

The 2003 Ford Explorer was heading south on Shaffner Road near Mack Road around 10:30 p.m. Thursday when it left the road, police said. Police closed Shaffner Road in both directions for five hours overnight. Sheriff's officials said the accident happened in unincorporated Wheaton.
