Three DRIVING WHILE BLACK news stories in a row.... Andrew Prather ran over and squashed to death after verbal altercation with a driver of a car

A 26-year-old man has died four days after someone ran him down with a car in the Princeton Park neighborhood on the South Side, authorities said.

Andrew Prather died at 4:30 p.m. at Advocate Christ Medical Center, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office. He was struck around 1:50 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of West 91st Street.

Two groups of people had been involved in an altercation and someone ran Prather over, police said. Prather lived in the 8700 block of South Burley Avenue in the South Chicago neighborhood.
