A 36-year-old man was killed early Sunday morning and eight others wounded since Saturday afternoon in shootings from the Northwest Side to the Southeast Side.
The man killed was shot in the 2500 block of West Division Street about 6:05 a.m. and pronounced dead at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County at 6:35 a.m., authorities said.
Another man walked into West Suburban Medical Center with a gunshot wound - police are investigating whether he was also shot on Division Street.
