Due Diligence and Background Check on Chinese Emigration Agents

It is true that if you are involved in Chinese market, you need to know whom you are working with, especially to find out if your Chinese partners have good or bad reputation. Risk control and management measures must be in place prior to working with Chinese emigration agents (or finders).  There are over 600 licensed emigration companies around the country, and there are also hundreds of consulting companies are not licensed by the Exit Entry Administration, and they are also approaching investors. You really need to know if you are dealing with good and honest people, their conduct will have direct impact on your project and regional center's reputation. One of the quickest ways to identify the Chinese agent's reputation is to contact their local emigration trade association or exit-entry administration.
