  Keith Calloway (OCD) to Deputy Chief, Patrol South (replaces Gulliford)
  Eric Carter (006?) to Deputy Chief OCD (replaces Calloway)
  Fred Waller from 002 to 006 (lateral)
  Terry Williams from 024 to 002 (acting D/C to acting D/C?)
  Lt. Tom Waldera from Gangs to 024 as acting D/C (no XO available?)
